Voting Question: I'm hearing a weird sonar noise?

Okay, a little background: I do not live anywhere near a naval base. I live in the middle of Ohio, so I'm pretty sure it's not an actual sonar, but I do live near the Dayton airport, so it might be something from there? But just this past hour I've noticed a small sonar sort of sound. They're very evenly spaced out, and sound just like a typical submarine sonar sound only much quieter.
